1. Participating businesses May choose to retain receipts if qualifying purchases are made
2. Scratch & Win Entrants via in store link or QR code Must Be Scratched In Store OR at Point of Qualifying Purchase.
3. Participating businesses maintain right to withhold prize in any suspicious case of malpractice by customer.

Policies

1. All Winners of Digital Scratch/ Entries are Individually coded for tracking and security based on claim form
2. All prizes are available based on the participating businesses offering them via our  individual promotions.
3. Operators of Scratch Card Ja or its affiliates may not become liable for prizes offered by participating businesses offering them.
